Un peu sceptique à l'idée de faire appel à une agence de détective privé, et rempli d'a-priori, j'ai enfin franchi le pas, bien poussé par mon avocat. Je n'ai pas l'habitude de laisser des avis, mais je tenais vraiment à remercier toute l'équipe car vous avez été formidable.

Je ne laisse jamais de commentaire habituellement mais pour cette fois je fais une exception. Inquiet à l'idée "d'engager" un detective, j'ai été agréablement surpris par l'accueil, les conseils et la qualité de la prestation. Rien à redire. Merci

Audit Resume

According the problem of misleading résumé, French companies are disadvantaged by the law, are obliged to be vigilant. Initiatives are created to support them in their audit work resumes.

Its objective: provide to HRD check in a few clicks, if the candidate whom he is dealing with actually has this or that degree and what is the exact description. « Given the increasing of French and foreign diplomas, hiring managers are often lost, « says Emmanuel Chomarat, co-founder.

The suspicious employers can still look to Ceriv, a company created in April 2001 and intends to verify, if necessary, an entire CV. For the big game (contact with former employers, language test), it will cost 150 euros. « We are pioneers in this market, « says one of the founder, who reported a hundred controls established since the creation of Ceriv, « including one really fake and arranged three quarters,  » he says, because CVs are moving ever faster with the Internet.  »

The audit market is it about to explode ? Nothing less certain. « French companies are unsuspecting and very few of them are paying real attention to the verification of CVs, « says Didier Vuchot, firm Korn Ferry. « This kind of practice is not part of French manners, said Jean-Francois Drouot-l’Hermine, while our neighbors, the audit is almost systematic.  » In the British model, the candidates have to start several references on their resumes, as employers do not also fail to call. Recruiters, recruitment firms as companies are still worth making further checks when their choices are finally fixed on a single candidate. « It’s even included in the price of our services, « said JeanPierre Vermès of recruitment consultancy TMP Worldwide. For us, this service verification makes sense only if it is in full process of candidate selection.

Still, businesses prove themselves resumes or they outsource these tasks, should be cautious. Because in case of dispute, the advantage is given to employees. While, as the Civil Code, « an employment contract can be broken if one party has committed a corrupt practice ». But the fact of providing false information is considered fraud, from the time when the company was able to perform checks before hiring. Since 1992, the text states that the employer, not only the right but the duty to inquire about the candidate’s career. Several judgments of the Court of Cassation have therefore agreed with the employees who had lied about their qualifications or their careers.
